Murcury kept her head high before Soulstorm began rubbing her face on her mother's hind leg. Murcury jumped in surprise, laying down beside her pups and wrapping their sore limbs in her warm pelt. "You be careful." she whispered to them all at once wile Aspen gave his words. "Youve never been out here before." she looked away, at Insomnia who seemed confused as to what was going on.

Gats laid next to Insomnia, making sure she wouldnt run off to Aspen. "Dont worry, if I need to, Ill protect you from those humans. I swear it, they will not hurt you again." his voice began rumbling near the end of his statement, showing how determined he was to keep his word.

Vivir trotted towards Dililah as if he was being sneaky. "Are you planning on not joining us? Or better yet, betraying us?" he asked the female in a low, evilish voice.

Slightly beyond the tents and equiptment, in the dark shadows of the loomy trees, the man sat, on a fallen tree that somehow stayed dry through the rain storms.
Alexander studied the wolves from he saw Insomnia, the first RAW ever to attack without being threatened first. 'They must know we are evil to them.' he thought to himself. 'We hurt them, sawed away at them, tested them, and did so many unthinkable things that Im not even proud of.' Alexander realized how bitterly the wolves were treated, but didnt care. To him, they were merely animals. Experiments. Now, it was life or death, kill or be killed.
He sighed as he stood up and stretched his arms up high, getting the stiffness out of his bones. Slowly, he walked back to the campsite.
"I think its time to act." He said to Jedi. "Before they act first." he told her with all seriousness in his voice. "We need to come up with something, even if I have to kill my own projects. Experiments... Wolves."

((BTW, Starry, Im gonna redesign Alexander. He just doesnt look right >.< Ill do it later.))

Jedi looked up at him, feebly trying to keep a collected face without giving her true feelings away. "what for." she murmured, running her thin fingers through her long silky brown hair. "you know we are outnumbered...and let's face it, they are just afraid." she paused realizing she might had said too much. To save herself she added, "I mean so are we, but their animals. They react on instinct that's all. Nothing to punish them for." she gulped, but the sound was hidden by the sudden pick up of rain.

"No, Jedi." Alexander shook his head. "They arent 'animals' anymore. We made them more human than even we are." His voice began trembling at the last few words, but it was barely noticable. "That experiment didnt attack on instinct. It knew who we were and what we did. Please, just hear me out!" although Alexander was somewhat angry and fearful, he kept his voice low and respected Jedi. "They will kill us. They plan these things. Thats how we made them."

Jedi shuttered at the thought. Then what was she in all of this... She wasn't all Human...at least not anymore. She rose to her feet, but didn't walk away. He back facing him as she spoke again. "you know how I feel about this Alex. I've said it since the beginning." she turned to face him again, one tear now coming from her eyes. "If we kill them... I-isn't it like killing a human? They have the ability to think. To feel. To love. Something like that can't just be destroyed! What if- what if I was one of them? Would you kill me too?" her voice cracked now, her hand hastily wiping away the tear. "I'm sorry, I don't know what's come over me." she whispered.

Alexander put his arms on her shoulders. "Please, dont think that way. You arent one of them. Even if you were, then wouldnt be like them." He tried to sound as if he were brave and could kill with no problem. "They arent humans either. Theyre basic wolves that want to rip us limb from limb over revenge." Alexander's legs shook in fear and from the cold rain. His breathing was heavy as thoughts raced rapidly through his head. "You need to think of it differently. Be in denial. Just think that they cant feel. Think that they are just animals. Animals that we need to destroy or they will do the same."
His eyes were sympathetic. He knew thinking that way was difficult, but he also knew that they needed to beleive all of this in order to survive.

"What makes me different?" she questioned, grabbing one of his hands on her shoulder and turned her head to glance at him. She was struggling with the whole concept of- 'think of them as mindless animals' it was all easier said then done. "Forget it. Dont feel like you have to answer, we are all under stress, we're hungry, tired, homesick." she stopped, the homesick part at least didn't apply to her, nothing waited for her back on earth.

He honestly couldnt answer the question she gave. He merely took her advice and didnt answer. "Its just the concept of 'kill or be killed' Jedi. Thats all." His voice soothed. He held her hand tightly, mostly because now his whole body shook and the warmth of her flesh felt good against the coldness of his own.
The rain poured down, hitting the metal plates on his face like tiny rocks. He hated it. "Your not the only one that thinks your a RAW. I have metal, just like them. And it hurts sometimes, just like theirs." He wanted to cry, but stayed as calm as possible. "Im my own experiment. I feel like, if we faught these wolves, it would be experiment versus experiment. Like a clash against robots." He sighed deeply and his voice shuddered. "I never mentioned that to anyone before." Alexander looked up at her, astonished at himself for admitting this deep thought that ate at his since the accident where he got his metallic face.

Jedi gave a meek smile, she now shaking from the cold but holding it in. "I'm sorry Alex. I'm so sorry." it's the only thing she could manage through clattering teeth. She was deciding whether or not to show him her secret. But shook the idea away. "Let's get inside, before we freeze to death." she partially laughed at it, though her face took its professional manner as the guard came rounding the corner. "what the hell are you idiots doing outside? I swear your all wacky." he chuckled to himself as he continued walking past.
