"Hi.." Storm watches the girl. "Were you spying on us?" He says, not annoyed but calmly. If she was one of the goverment's spies, that wouldn't be good. Not at all.

Storm returns a smile. "I'm Storm." He shakes her hand. Then he peers over at Rain, figuring she'd want to introduce herself and not him doing it for her.
