I guess I'll describe the costumes for Kale and Cog.

Cog is the honey badger tribute, and his stylists really wanted to bring out the colours and textures of a badger's fur.
So he's shirtless, with a lot of black, silver, grey, brown and white skin paint on his upper body, including his back, arms, neck, and face. This being the picture they used for refference. Add that to his already black hair and blue eyes, and that should give you a pretty solid image. As for pants, he's just wearing simple black jeans with the knees torn out to give him more of a feral edge, and black dress shoes.

Kale, the rabbit boy, is in an all-white suit, tailored at the back so his little white tail still shows. His stylist went more with innocence then menancing for his costume, making him look a lot younger then the fifteen year old actually is, despite his massive height. His blonde hair has been straightened out completely and lies flat against his head, putting more emphasis on his large white rabbit ears.

These are my costumes for the parade:

Cecilia, Canadian Lynx, is wearing short overalls that flare out into a skirt, rather then the usual pants. (Showing the 'lumber' portion for her district.) She also has a small coat that looks like Canadian Lynx fur, but isn't. (She didn't have enough fur to please her stylist.) Her legs and hands are out for the world to see. Her shoes are these. Together the clothing looks like it was meant to be there. Her hair was curled in elongate locks, drawing out even more sass in her. Her stylist was going for a more sassy, 'try to come and get me' look.

Jack, Eastern Lowland Gorilla, has a plaid tuxedo. (Giving the 'livestock' into his ensemble.) His tuxedo was made larger then fits him. He doesn't have pants, showing strong legs, but nothing important. His arms and legs are uncovered, giving the capitol a glance of his gorilla aspect. His hair is spiked like this. Jack's stylist was trying to make him look good for sponsers, and almost 'hot' or 'cute' as some capitol girls would put it. His stylist was also trying to show his strength to the world and sprinkle in some of his district.

Alyssa's Costume is a grey full body leotard and a fuzzy tail and ears along with a twig tiara [Because Grey foxes can climb trees]

The costumes:

Zorath's stylist picked up on his loner attitude and is going all out on his costume. his wings are painted black and he is wearing black metal armour covering his whole body apart from his face, his hands and feet. the helmet has three backwards facing spikes and his token cape is draped down his back. the effect is a menacing warrior not to be messed with.

Zom'grul's stylist has put him into a grey suit to match his scales. it has short sleeves to show off his scales, a tailhole and a collar that is as tall as his head, looking like a cobra's hood. finaly his hair is flattened and made shiny. the hope is that this outfit will make him look smart and dangerous at the same time but leans toward the more smart approach.

Lupa ~ Blackeye liner and and mascara to make her face look, well, darker. White fox-foot socks (to make her humanoid feet look more fox-like). Cream-colored fake nails, her auburn hair was curled and other than that, just in no particular fashion. They couldn't do much more to make her look like a fox, mostly because of her already fox-like features. They also put what looked like a 'red fox-fur' bikini, so that she was covered, but still looked like a fox.

Con (Conner) ~ Fake but real looking bird beak, dark T-shirt and super-skinny jeans, along with various kinds of dark make-up to make his face look darker as well. They had him go barefoot(which was fine with him), and they ade his hair look feathery. Basicly, they tried to make him look like a Angel of Darkness or half-crow half-man (which is actually closer to what he is, sort of.) or something like that.
