I've really fallen in love with this one, Pachoo! Hoping for the best!
OOC name: Adair (It's Scottish, and means the Oak tree near the ford)

Art/story: Adair, from the day he was born, was a walking paradox. His whole species was based around two things: the clouds they came from and the people they lived to please. But his spirit had always been most decidedly of the earth, and he loved the bushes and trees better than his rapidly growing succession of owners. Nobody liked his lack of cuddly affection. This rejection was all 'Dair knew for too much of his life--until he met Jack.
Jack O'Neil was most decidedly not an animal person. He lived in his house in the woods and made wooden furniture for whatever rich nature-lovers were willing to buy it. He worked to put food on his table, and he ate the food on his table so he could get back to work. Love was against his religion. Until, of course, he met Adair.
The twosome met in the middle of the woods, and had a fight upon first seeing each other. Jack wanted to cut down an oak tree for a chest of drawers. Adair had taken quite a liking to sitting in that tree, and refused to leave. The fought all that day, and went home to Jack's house together that night. Adair slept perched in the rafters, Jack (of course) slept in his bed. The next morning they woke up and did it all again. That way, over the course of many years, they formed a fast friendship.
Adair was not special, and he was not magical. He was a walking paradox. And he was just the paradox needed to fix the spirit of a very lonely old man.
Personality: Loves nature, but a bit aloof. Very intelligent.
