yes but the devil PPS is rare as well and the dragons only rare

Actually both the devil PPS and the white dragon are listed as very rare...

Yes but being the same doesnt mean they are both worth the same thats like saying a toxic is worth a dogtag because they are both very rare

No, they are both Very Rare.

Plus, as stated before, just because they are under the same category doesn't mean they're equal.

Well, on the context of dogs being more valulable than rats, that would be pretty fair (I believe)

But, its unfair to the rat person, really, since its from St. Patties day x3

I would say that is unfair to the joker bunny, but I dunno...

I believe the apple may be the most common of the URs, but I aint 100% on that x3
