"Yeah, how 'bout no?" Formosa responds, smiling despite his sour tone. He most likely would have singed any other person that had done what she had, but this is the first time she's happy for her power. Her hands glow in response to the thought and she silently curses herself for letting herself get so excited. She rubs her arm in embarrassment and tries to keep her power kept low, hoping he doesn't see the glow. "So, uh, what are those for?" She changes the subject, motioning toward the thorned sticks in his pocket.

His face flamed with embarrassment at the momention of the thorns that were sticking from his pocket. "Nothing. None of your concern." He paused, concidering things for a second. "Now, please go?" Voice not at all pleading or having any inflexion whatsoever in it. Alec was firmly tired of keeping up the friendly act for so long. After all that had happened, he just wanted to find Lulu and get back to the labs. Simple as that. "Don't follow me," He might as well been able to produce venom from the way his voice sounded.
Pulling one of the thorns from his pocket he softly ran a thumb over one of the prickers. They weren't very sharp at all. Firmply pressing on the end it barely cut into his thumb. Great, that idea was gone now too. With a flick of his eyes to the girl, Alec started off into the woods the way he had come. Bare feet still sliding from the loose leaves, and a breeze making him regret leaving his shirt behind. The day was progressing to be much worse then he had first thought. While he walked he pulled the thorns out one by one and tossed them into the forest, ticked that they weren't going to work.

Feeling more bold after making friends and knowing that she might not be able to hurt the boy with her power, Formosa follows the boy determinedly. She tromped noisily after him and kept grinning, just to tick him off. "So what's up your butt?" she asks. "There's obviously something wrong and I'm going to pester you until you tell me." She doesn't even know his name, but she will get there soon enough if she's annoying enough. It's not like she hasn't seen someone angry before. Her own family had been enough of an example on that matter. Plus she can defend herself. Running has always been her best ally. She continues after him and hopes he'll actually answer her.

Unknown stopped his laughing somewhere along the way his eyes of red now showing against the slight Lulu's face or the body he took over for the time. In the distance his ears could hear Alec's voice booming against the trunks of trees to enter into his mind, but another girl by which was unknown to him entered as well as he listened carefully. His master had not sent him to go after the girl, but if she dared to interfere he would have no problem with another killing today. No longer waiting for the boy he floated around in a sort of sloww moving grate that sent ihim soon above Alec as he tryed to move away form the girl who was bothersome to him. He felt right about the girl after only once hearing her voice inside his own mind. His smile appeared on his face as like a hawk he swooped down straight in front of the boy with arms outstretched in light terror dripping venom form his teeth as he smiled at Alec floating just above him from the grass. "Hello Boy," he said before his arms of two reached out into snake like tenticals before wrapping madly around his hands like chains. "Whats up have you seen your cat friend anywhere?" he said hinting softly at a unknwon event that played in his mind that even he knew nothing about. "I know you must have sene her right? Or did you leave her somewhere?" he said giving off a slight chuckle as his arms tightened around his wrists to dig into his flesh with there cups pressing into his skin as well to give the blood flow reach up towards his skin.

He was seriously thinking about telling this girl off and getting her to leave him alone when he saw the shadow around him. "Aw [censored], great, this is just great." Alec cocked his head back so he could stare at Unknown. This was dandy, now he had to worry about him too? Might as well just have the guy kill him now. His eyes glanced to the girl though, she didn't need to get caught up in this mess. "Run!" He shouted to her, voice strong and yet filled with terror. Unknown had done some pretty aweful things before, and he didn't need another girl that could be handed over to this guy.
"I didn't- Oh. Oh no. You leave her be!" He yelled, scared wittless despite the fierceness in his voice. Not even trying to strain or pull away he just glared into his eyes. The red, pitless looking souls of his eyes. Then he felt the skin break along his wrists, and a scream brought him to his knees. Oh, great now this guy liked torture too? This just got better and better.
"You can just kill me, I've got nothing to live for." He tossed the words towards Unknown, voice already reflecting his defeat and misery. "I planned to do it myself, but you may have the honors." There wasn't any room to think about that other girl now, he just silently waited for more pain to follow. With this guy there was always pain. Then the thought occured to him, what would happen to Lulu? He didn't express this thought though, if Unknown knew Lulu was still out there, then there wouldn't be a point in trying to defend her now.
The pain triggered his power though, and against his will his hands began to heat up. Really, now they chose to light? He sighed, his whole mind and body was so Bipolar it wasn't even funny.

Formosa gasped at the shadow creature that engulfed the boy. She stumbles backwards, her flight reaction initiating and making her fall on the leafy ground. When she hears the boy's words to the creature, she doesn't know why he's so upset, but she's not letting anyone die on her watch. She scrambles to her feet and feels her hands light up to the brightest they've been in a while. She has no idea what this creature is or how great its power is, but she is determined to at least ward it off. "Get off of him," she warns it, advancing closer and ready to fight.

((Augh. I feel like I have no idea what's going on. I guess that helps me RP better though! X3))

"That isn't. The best. Idea," Alec whispered over his shoulder, eyes tightly shut against the pain shooting up his arms. That mixed with a numbness in his finger tips, he knew this wasn't going to end well for him. Whatever happened he still was going to get hurt and it was still going to be painful. Maybe it would be easier to just not resist and let Unknown kill him. That'd make it so much easier, and no one else would need to get hurt. . .But what about Lulu? What would happen to her? Was she still alright? Where was she? She had to still be at the stream or else she would be here by now, most likely in her Raptor form. Then it clicked. Lulu dissappearing and instead a Cat was there, who responded to her name. His move gapped open as he realized that the cat was her. All along she'd been with him, and he was so stupid not to have seen it. Alec stared into Unknown's eyes, shock written clear as day on his face. "You." The word had to be strangled out of his closed throat, and he could only stare up at him. Who was that at the stream then? Was it really her? Or someone else, like Unknown?
"This is your fault!" Alec yelled, visibly shaking with anger now. His blond hair came down into his eyes and the grey of those eyes were quickly growing into a very spooky looking red. He couldn't get his power to work though, so there he sat, ready to burst into some huge expanse of flames and yet he wasn't able to. His whole body was numb as if the flames were going to come any minute, but none came. What did happen though was that his body's skin temperature sky-rocketed to what a normal flame heat would be.
And of course two seconds after that he slouched, worn out again. Now the girl was bound to get wound up in this and he couldn't save either one of them. That was just great. He should have let himself get killed by this guy the first time, the hassel would have been saved and none of this would have happened. Heck, maybe Lulu should have just eaten him like planned before Unknown had shown up.

{ x3 Me and Abs explained to each other over PM. Basically Unknown is a tentaculey guy who is from somewhere. . .I'm not sure where, and has been sent to kill some of the experiments. That sound right Abs? }
