Melody cocked her head a little. "Why aren't you special. Here, we all are." she said, smiling at him still. She flapped her wings in excitment even though Coulten couldn't see them trapped behind her back. He tone with her words was still normal for her, happy and bright, also the voice of a younger person. If you would call her phone and she would answer you would ask the sweet little girl to put Melody on the phone, and she would answer the words I am Melody.

"My wings are like everyone else's not different, special." I said with ease. She was special and I was normal with everyone else here. Sure I was special to outsiders, but here I was just part of the crowd. She stood out, and it was in a good way.

Meldoy smiled a bit. "But I like your wings." she said, twirling her foot around like she was making a circl in the sand, but there was no mark left behind because it wasn't sand. "Your wings aren't grey, or small." she said, in a way complimenting his. Melody then looked up and smiled, looking through her big eyes and into Coultons.

I rolled my eyes at her compliment. I flapped my wings and looked into her eyes. "Yeah yeah." Is all I said still traped in her gaze. She had pretty eyes, they went very well with her red hair. She was special weather she liked it or not.

Meldoy sighed, ffeeling that she wouldn't get him to budge. "Okay, you like my wings, I like yours." she said, thinking that they could somehow swich. "How do we trade?" she asked, all play in her bright voice and dazzling green eyes. She smiled a bit more, then moved her eyes to something moving outside the window, a squirrel.
