(omigosh I just figured out a female cheetah is a cheetess! I feel very stupid now xD)
Zai lept in the air, outstreaching his long feline legs, extending his sharp claws, and pouncing on the skinny jack rabbit, killing the small animal with his paws. He ravenously picked it up and jumped into the nearest tree, out of fear from hyenas taking his prey
