Mystique padded through the dry grass, hearing it crunch underneath her paws.

Zai jolted awake in a tall savanna tree, he'd accidentally fallen asleep in. He yawned and jumped down. Just to test his long legs, he swiftly darted over too a bush and back, smiling to himself

Mystique jogged slowly to a herd of zebras. She hid in the tall grass, preparing to pounce.

Zai's stomach growled, embarrassingly loud. He lept off silently, in search of easy prey

Mystique pounced, scaring the herd. Her long, slim legs stretched out as she leapt at the nearest zebra. She ran after it, her claws digging into it's hide as it slipped away. Mystique stopped and cursed under her breath, breathing heavily.

Zai ran through the tall grass at top speed chasing a jack rabbit, although He nearly crashed into another cheetah, he didn't notice

Mystique took a large step back as another cheetah came barreling towards her. Her blue eyes followed him curouisly.
