2010 Winter Olympics

I'm enjoying the Olympics so far, but that's partly because the USA is doing so well. (guess where I'm from) I just saw Shawn White, holy cow, he really killed the competition! 8D

Shawn White was AMAZING! What's new though, he always blows away the competition. The Downhill skiing was pretty incredible too. I was amazed that Vonn won gold despite her recent injury.

Yeah, I kept thinking she was going to go down like those other girls. One of them really went down! She jumped like 2/3's of a football field I think.

Some guy died during practice for lunging.

i no it was like 3 hours before the wo( winter Olympics), the worst thing is thay showed pictures of the moment he hit the crash barrier in the papers.

Did you see the Italian guy who went though the ari for like 10 feet then crashed through 3 or 4 fences? I felt bad and good at the same time. And Bad for feeling good, and good for feeling bad XD

No, I must have missed that! I think my stepsister is recording the whole thing though, so I'll probably see it whenever we we watch that.
Did you see the mens figure skating last night? I'm so glad the American Lysochech (<- I spelled it wrong, but it's something like that) guy won, but man, that Russian skated really well too. I guess it's because he's bowlegged, but it looked like he was gonna fall every time he was in the air, and he never did. Especially with the quad, the angle was impossible, I have no clue how he saved that so well!
