She padded into camp, looking for Tallfeather. Icestar had said she was going to be made a warrior later that day and she wanted to tell him.

Dawnclaw narrowed her eyes at Sunheart. "can you go get the medicine cat?" she snapped.

[oh bother.]

Tallfeather: He looked down at his ex-mate, watching with intense eyes. Tallfeather jerked his head up and pricked his ears happily when he caught Duskpaw's scent on the breeze. He edged closer to the entrance of the den and waved his tail a bit in hopes Duskpaw would notice him there.

"Tallfeather!..TallFaether come guick~"

Dawnclaw hissed as a kit slid into the moss. she licked it untl it mewed, then put it next to her belly. after another couple minutes, two kits lay at her side. Dawnclaw laid her head down, exhausted and thirsty.

the golden one by the mom is Bramblekit, a tom. the other kit is Thornkit, a shekit. )

She happily hopped over to the Tom, smiling widely. "Hello Tallfeather! What's up?" She asked.

Batwing stumbled to a halt when he caught up to his son. "What's wrong?" he demanded. "All you do is sulk. You never join the patrols, or least of all go out hunting by yourself." Batwing's tone grew soft. "I've never seen you like this, Raggedclaw. What's the matter?"

The black warrior sprang to his paws and spat at his father. "Nothing." He made a face. "Go away."

Batwing took a shaky step forward. "I'm not leaving until you tell me what's the matter. I'm only trying to help."

Raggedclaw unsheathed his claws and glared menacingly at his father, then bunched his muscles and leaped straight on top of Batwing, knocking him down, his claws digging into the senior warrior's shoulders. Raggedclaw leaned down until his nose was an inch away from his father's face. "I told you, it's nothing." he paused briefly in between his words, putting emphasis on them. "Now leave me alone." He kicked away from Batwing, then stood and sprinted away in the opposite direction, not bothering to sheathe his claws.

The jet black tom got to his paws, clearly shaken. Shock crossed his features plainly.
