Picture/Looks: Ria has shoulder-length straight black hair parted in the middle with no fringe. Her eyes are light blue and she is fairly slim and flexible. Her skin is lightly tanned and she is average height.

View on the Hunger Games: Ria disagrees with all the violence that the Hunger Games bring, but she knows that she has to fight unless she wants to die herself. Though, she might sacrifice herself so that nobody has to die at her hands.
Personality: Ria is intelligent, adventurous and optimistic. She is very kind, helpful, and considerate, and is very knowledgeable about plants and animals. She is very peaceful, and dislikes all violence.
History: Ria lived a pretty much carefree life, and often went camping with her older brother who taught her everything she knows about the forest to prepare her in case she was chosen. He also taught her how to fight with a dagger, to hunt and forage, and to set up an ambush. When Ria turned twelve, her brother was chosen, and never came back. Since then, Ria has despised all violence and has kept mostly to herself. She often visited the forest for long periods of time, learning all she could.
Special Talents: Knowledge of plants and animals, endurance, and agility.

Picture/Looks: Short brown hair, brown eyes. He's quite slim and kind of short for his age.

View on the Hunger Games: He's frightened almost completely senseless, but he's pretending that he's confident even though he fears that he will be the first to die.
Personality: Dean is very innocent, and couldn't kill an animal, let alone another person. He is very loyal though, and follows orders to the best of his capabilities. If allied with someone he could prove useful. His sense of right and wrong isn't fully functional yet, and he is still very impressionable. He acts younger than he is because he's been babied all his life.
History: Dean lived quite a sheltered life, having two older siblings and a father who took care of him. When he was chosen for the Hunger Games he freaked out and would have broken down crying if it wasn't for the cameras. His siblings would have volunteered but they were to old.
Special Talents: He is good at acting and can cry on command, he can hide really well and he is good at climbing.

She squinted, seeing the snow fall. She shook her head fearfully. "The...trees!" She started to climb, help int Ryan and the other up. "We need to be quick, get as far away from the mountian as possible, so we don't get stuck..." she blinked, seeing how pudgy she was being.

Ryan rolled his eyes staying firmly on the ground, "Can't we just run?" He asked not wanting to admit that he couldn't climb.

She shrugged. "If you want.." she looked at the other boy. "Leave him here. If he doesn't do anything still, he'll die, and we wont have to worry about him, " she dropped next to Ryan, ready to run.

"I would rather kill him myself," Ryan said throwing the boy over his shoulder before taking off.

She blinked, translating his words. She darted after him, jumping a bit everytine a new hole appeared.

Ryan glanced back to see if Tayla was following him. The weight of the boy slowed Ryan down a bit but he was still pretty fast.

She quickly caught up, searching the sky, listening close for the cannon or hovercraft. Someone must have died from the strange happenings.

"Your fast," Ryan commented realizing she had already caught up to him.

She shrugged. In district six, they just said her running was shooting, since.most couldn't catch up. "Thanks," she said between breaths.
