I'm making an editable bunny, how do I rename the layers so their not always, layer 1, layer 2 etc.

You Must click twice on the Layer and than you can rename it

okay but I made the lines and everything but instead of going under the lines the pain keeps going over, what do I do?)

Hmmmm...make a New One and Click on layer Color in(LOCK) and than you Click lock Alpha and baaam !!! It works! I Hope so...
