Grinning slightly, Alec bent to rub the top of her head. Alright, so he still treated the cat like a cat. It was an animal after all, how bad could a little attention spoil the creature? He speared his other hand through his hair, trying to get rid of any tangles or knots it had worked itself into. Perhaps he should try and get the dirt off from last night. . . Standing straight now, he quickly assesed how filthy he looked. If he ran into someone else he might look like a crazy homeless guy that hadn't bathed in weeks. Though sense that was likely not to happen, he settled for just cleaning up once he found a body of water large enough to swim around in.
"You walking, or do you want to sit on my shoulder?" He stretched his arm down towards the cat again, his grey eyes showing an odd friendliness that hadn't been their with Lulu. Instead of the hard look to them, now they were soft and full of an emotion that he had lacked since his sister died. Joy, that emotion was joy.
Whether or not she was going to walk or sit on his shoulder, Alec decided he had better start moving if he was going to look for Lulu. Where to start? He mused, frowning slightly with thought. Did they just start their search in the last place that he'd seen Unknown? Or should they search the forests for any traces of the guy?

The ice tingled him, but he felt better once it all left his system. Whatever power this girl has, it has to be better than Shawn's. "Lets go SShawn!" He said roughly, acting as if his past actions were normal

Soft gently he petted her head that was soft grass green of dew drops of emerald colors shimmering in her coat as his own cold fingers of yesterdays storm washed over her head in soft calming strokes. Her body already weak from a small cut cursting on her side of red, began to relax again before her voice letted off a soft purr of contentment to just have a sort of touch with her once again. She did not wish to reply yesterday's events.
Removing his hand her eyes which must have closed off under the soft pet opened once more to see his hands ruffle though his hair as if he knew how he looked. Her headed tilted to the side before she quickly licked her paw of her left to take it across her whiskers of black to clean them gently. Taking only a second or two she returned her paw back to the ground to view Alec's actions again with her drowning of her sea inside her orbitals. He began to stretch down his arm as if asking her to take a ride on his shoulder. Even with her size of a small cat she couldn't hide a small smilethat creeped onto her face as his voice sounded after her already cleared though mind of what he asked. Even before she began to move a sort of soft friendliness that had not been there before came onto his face one of which surpirsed her in her cat form. She began to think more of herself cat wise then human more each passing hour, and for some reason she liked it more then yesterday with her battling the calls of normal cat. Quickly to not pass up a chance for a ride her paws retracted her claws inside them before climbing up onto his arm and landing onto his shoulder of warmth. Comfortable. Her body even though was slightly large on his shoulder she could feel to get used to the postion of his shoulder. It was nice then the cold hard ground she had to walk. Getting ready for a walking of his feet her body layed down in a sort of ball against his shoulder blades where his hallow skin indented inside. Her tail unable to find a place to rest settled for a back as it flicked gently along his shoulder blades, and now her body ready she turned her head which hung close to his neck to place a lick along his soft neck skin. It was quick and suttle as she reached away for a tiny meow of her voice, and even then something of joy sparkled in her eyes as her head leaned forward to place her chin on his upper bone for his shoulder.

She felt miserable. After everything, all he could do was shout at her? That was it? He didn't even care enough to answer her question? Her eyes narrowed slightly. This was how he repaid her for being scared that he was hurt? Some brother he turned out to be. Liz let her green eyes flick over to the new guy. Who was he?
When his hand stretched out to tap her on the shoulder she immiedately knew his intent and his power. Not really caring if he had the ability to heal poeple, she let him steal a small portion of her power. "If this is concerning Grace then just get out of here." She told Shawn angrily, breezing easily past them and stalking into the labs. As her mood darkened, she called out behind her to him. "You know, if she is hurt, you could have just came and got me. That is what my powers are for." Liz turned her head to look back at him, she was about fifty yards into the building already. Really, what was the use of a healing power if you never got to use it? In her head she was just plain ticked at them both, the power stealer and the Ice boy. She could tell they didn't like each other, and she was fine with that. Yeah, sure, her and Shawn hadn't been on quite the best terms lately but he had never yelled at her like that before.

Shooting a look of daggers at Jake, he simply nodded at him. They should get a move on, whether or not they had Liz's cold words floating to them from ahead. So what, she was mad, big deal. It wasn't like she had never been mad at him before. And at least this time they were fighting, just tossing words back and forth. "Just ignore her," He whispered to himself, trying hard to ignore the way her eyes had glared at him when she guessed correctly about the fair haired girl.
As he started to walk again, Shawn pondered why Jake had tapped her. She seemed to be fine with it, and hadn't questioned why he'd done so. What was going on and why didn't he know? Had the two met before? Or was this just Liz ignoring the things going on around her?
Guessing that was what it was, he let the thoughts dropped and turned his mind to Grace. She was hurt and in the labs somewhere, but where? Was she already back in her room? He bit his lip against that thought. He didn't have a clue which part of the labs she was living in. Maybe she is just in the halls. Shawn debated that one in his head, if she was in one of the halls then they only had to figure out the right one. But if she wasn't in a hall, then that left either her room or still in one of the 'rooms'.

Cass was worried as Liz ran off. Revitka was startled from his perch on her head, and flew to Cass's shoulder as he was dislodged. Revitka, would you mind letting me follow her with you? Surely. I don't mind if you fly with me. "I'm worried about Liz, I'm going to follow her with Revitka." Cass warned her new friends, before she closed her eyes, and blended her mind with Revitka. Her thoughts turned to those a sparrow might have, and as she opened her eyes, she was looking out of Revitka's. Alright, let's go. She felt Revitka's wings flap furiously in take off, then return to a normal flight stroke. The trees wizzed by Rvitka's head, and Cass was there flying with him the whole way. Below she saw Liz, and a pair of boys she didn't recognize. Revitka landed in the trees a short distance from them, his ears picking up every word of their conversation.

Making sure to keep still for the small feline as it leapt up onto his arm, Alec winked slightly at the marshy cat. As he waited for her to get settled, on the back of his left hand he gently rubbed circles with the pad of his right thumb. Every so often his eyes glanced up to check on the small cat's progress. Still getting comfortable. Turning back to the grassy field ahead of them, he sighed softly. He was yet to even see where Lulu might have gone. Maybe she had turned Raptor and just left? Though that didn't really seem like her kind of personality. Then again, what did he know about personalities? Here he was trying to figure himself out. Was he a jerk, or was he just himself? It still confused him even after years of having to deal with the same stuff over and over.
Feeling her finally stop moving, Alec turned his head slightly towards her. "You ready yet?" He gently teased, a smile splayed across his lips. When she licked him he felt a small blush creep onto his face. Chuckling softly he turned his attention back to the land ahead of them. Where to start? He had a feeling that they should head towards the water so that they could get something in their systems before they got completely dehydrated.
With a sharp crack of his fingers at the knuckles, he moved off. Somehow in the night he had managed to let his sneakers get wet, so with every step came a loud 'scheelllchh'. After a few footsteps the sound had him chuckling with amusement. Though it wasn't really anything that he should be laughing about, since it would probably give his feet blisters from walking in wet shoes, he was laughing anyways. Sweeping his gaze over the trees to the rising sun, Alec stopped walking for a second to just 'stop and smell the roses'. As he basked in the awesomeness that was known as nature, he lifted a hand to stroke the cat that was settled around his shoulder and shoulder blades. Sure she was a little bit heavy, but it wasn't like he couldn't handle an extra 15, 20 pounds.
"Is this what you wanted me to see last night?" He asked her softly, rubbing his fingertips gently behind her ears. His arm really didn't stretch far enough to get to the marshy spots on her back, so for now she would have to deal with behind her ears.

Smiling she rested aainst his shoulder blade with her body folded up in a curl of a circle aroudn his two blades that came out from his skin. Even if it was a bit uncomfortable to didn't mind the two bones inside that did keep her from begin fully rested, but nuzzling her head near his neckher sea blue eyes blinked against the closeness of his skin next to her soft green fur. Alec stopped a bit after the few noises his shoes made causing her body to jump a bit on his shoulder in quiet tiny laughs. Though, when he stopped her blue eyes came against the beauty of the raising sun to take over the morning sky of afternoons and turning he rubbed her ears as he spoke to her softly. With his question he head nodded to him with a added meow of quietness coming fom her tiny mouth of her face, and finished with that her head lowered onto one of his front bones of his chest near his shoulder to rest on his walks. Truth was she did understand him as well as wanting him to see the beauty yesterday, but even then it wasn't as good as today so far with the soft rubs of his warmed powered hand grazing over her head as well as around her ears. For a few strokes as well it felt as though he tryed to reach her mashy spots on her back too, but he coulded reach so at least giving him a bit of a joy of her actions she purred lighting on his shoulder as he rubbed her gently with his hand.

Glancing out of the corner of his eye at the cat, he felt himself smile. "Alright, off we go I guess. You better be alright with me heading for the stream first." Alec wasn't really worried about the sarcasm floating in his words, he liked trying to be a new 'him'. It was entertaining to try and figure out how he should word things so he didn't come off sounding formal or cold. It was fun. Jamming both hands into his pockets he softly hummed a song he'd heard somewhere, tilting his head this way and that with when he remembered different beats to it. Really it was all in his head, the only noise that came with the humming sounded like he was trying to immitate the cat's purring. In other words, he sounded like he was wheezing.
At one point he kicked through a rather large mud puddle and drenched himself. That put an end to his childish behavior. He was careful to avoid any thing that looked like water from that point on. Instead of humming, Alec spent the time thinking of ways to find Lulu and to stop Unknown. He hadn't liked it when he pulled out his fire and controlled that guys flames, so he was thinking that might work. Then there was the whole 'will she be in her Raptor form or still in her Human one?'. All the thoughts confused him a little, so in the end he just decided to continue on and find the stupid stream.
When he arrived at the water, Alec was startled at how much it looked the same. Sure, it had only been the day before that he and Lulu bumped into each other, but it felt like ages ago. They'd been attacked, he'd been attacked by her, then they got healed, attacked, and then she was gone. He was amazed just thinking about. Had it all really happened, or with this just a vivid dream of some sort? "You can get down now, Lulu." He wasn't even aware that her name slipped from his mouth. All he could do was stare at the water in a bit of a shocked state.
Not bothering to wait for her to get off his shoulder, he simply dropped to his knees and plunged both hands into the water. The cold versus the fire building up made him wince, but it felt good. He needed something to get his mind off the day before, and the freezing water did the trick.

The rest was peaceful almost with the soft walk Alec was doing, and of course a soft hum of his voice filled her ears soon after the walk started though she wasn't sure if it was related to her purr or what by his slight wheezing. Though somewhere along the way a mud puddle jerked her forward on his shoulder as he stepped down drenching himself on the soft cold mud that filled the puddle, and easily then he stopped the humming to end his game. Softly as she blinked her eyes again her head came up towards the sky to smell soft stream creatures coming up in her nose. The scent was filled with fish, rarely a old bear smell, and a few other foxes coming to hunt here for the food that came this time of year of spring.
Arriving at the water Lulu blinked gently against the soft stream brightness against the sun, but her vision impowered over her hearing it was shocking to hear a full sentence in her head with his voice. Hearing her name she turned to him her ears directly up to face him, and her breaths breathing rapid as if noticing him for the first time. "Do you know its me Alec?" she tryed to speak out, but only meows came from her voice as she jumped down to his side her body wobbling a bit from the shock herself. Though, without lookign her way he dropped to his knees plugging his hands into the frezzing cold winter water that housed itself inside of the river. Could he noice me?
Unknown not even noticed yet was sitting gently on a tree across the river his eyes red as blood, and his body looking almost perfect form the last time of the fight as well he looked at Alec and Lulu who was shocked on the side of the river. He clapped his tenticals madly his body almost falling of the branch holding him as he laughed to them his vocie filling the air with chills. Even in the shadow he sat it seemed even the sun hid its rays from his darkness on his body. "Haha. Stupid kids. One who is unknown to the vision around him, and another who knows, but yet is a cat," he mubbled to himself at this plan that happened. If he got this right his owner of all the kid might let him be free for once. All he had to do was get either one of the kids against each other for a killer, and then his job would be done. Even this brought a crooked evil grin to his face as he watched them with a evil darkness inside both of his eyes, and not to mention with a hunger to kill as he hid in the shadows.

His eyes were shut tightly, trying to figure it out. He was breathing funny and at the moment he didn't care. All he wanted to do was find Lulu, and try to just keep things calm for a relatively small ammount of time. Was that too hard to ask? Alec's eyes slowly opened, the world around him was a bit blurred. He couldn't understand it but decided to just ignore it. With everything else going on in his head he didn't need to add worry or concern for himself to it. Staring at his reflection in the water, he silently took it all in. Blond hair was about half-way down his eyes, and it almost brushed his shoulders. Apart from that his eyes -when the ripples in the water were calm enough- he saw that they were a light grey. Everything else was covered by either mud, dirt, blood, sweat, or just normal forest debris. Just from looking at how filthy he was made him want to walk into the freezing water and just wash right there and then.
Alec took a deep breath before he pulled his hands out of the water. They were sopping wet, and all he did to dry them was run them through his greasy hair. Where was Lulu? Wouldn't she know to come to a place that they both knew were it was? He dropped back onto the sandy ground behind him, eyes staring up at the large rain clouds. "Why do I do this to myself?" He wondered aloud, hoping that cat was hunting something so she wouldn't come around and sense his mood. For some reason he wasn't feeling very happy at the moment, unlike how he was about an hour ago. Could his mood really switch that much so fast? It was like he was freakin' Bipolar. It made no sense to him.
"Lulu's disappears for unknown reasons, and you suddenly start thinking you're crap. Great going Alec, you sure are one fine guy." He muttered darkly, glaring at the sky overheard. It was all that Unknown's fault, if he hadn't showed up he wouldn't be in this mood; him and Lulu would still know where the other was, and he wouldn't have to worry. Alec finally took the time to just shut up and listen around him. The only sounds he heard was birds chirping, bugs buzzings, and his own un-rythmic breathing. He didn't understand about the breathing thing, but really wasn't about to think about it. If he still could inhale and exhale it was fine by him.
