My name is Lerumei, you may call me Leru or Rose.
I am currently Head Artist, Admin Assistant, and Quest Writer of the site Shadow Eclipse.
I'm sure you've seen the thread plenty of times in this forum.
Anyways, we are looking to hire people to become an artist, a line artist, a color artist, or a guest artist, and with a coder or two.
Along with that, we are looking to hire a few good global moderators and maybe a quest writer or two.
The reason this thread was made separate is so that forms are all listed here and you may submit your application here or PM me it.
Moving on, here are what each position will do along with the forms needed to be filled out and how many people I will accept.

Each area must be filled out.
First, the requirements that must be needed.
Requirements For Coder Position
-Experienced with coding
-Know basic HTML coding and php coding
-Possibly code layouts for the site
-Not required, but if so code an adoptable script, quest scripts, and possibly code in games.
-Any other knowledge in coding.
Requirements For Each Artist Position
-Must be an active member
-Have an art program other than MS Paint or GIMP
-Be experienced with using layers
-Have a good sense of anatomy for different species types
-I'm looking for people that have a good sense of anatomy besides canine anatomy
-Not use an art site program to produce art
-Not using oekaki art
-Art must be made by yourself to provide me examples
-Be able to save and open psd. files, in order to exchange the art work easily
-Most likely use a tablet, but if you can work really well with a mouse/touch pad, it's acceptable
-Digital Art Only!
Requirements For Global Moderators
-MUST be active
-MUST be committed and helpful
-Know how to handle many situations in which we may encounter
-Know how to enforce rules effectively
-Good use of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
-Must be respectful to the other staff as well as members
-Help keep the site running
-Know your own limitations and the ranking system on the SE staff list
-Be strict in certain situations
-Follow rules like everyone else has too
Requirements For Quest Writers
-Write at a good, or advanced level
-Have a good sense on what to do when you write a quest
-Make quests that aren't totally random and have nonsense
-Know how to put quest ideas into use for quests
-Plan the whole layout of the quest, the plot, what happens, and maybe what players get
-Know to use good form of words and writing basically
-Have free time to get things done by deadlines
Coder
If you are looking to become a coder for SE, you will basically help put all the coding together for the site. For starters, we will be using a downloaded adoptable script, if you can code one that would be great, the adoptables will not be clickable adopts but will grow as days past. The site will also have a forum and pound if this can be coded in, and of course a private messaging system. Will go into further details with the hired coders. C:

Artist
If you are looking to become artist with SE, that means you must be very active and committed to us. Mainly, you will have to color in liters of our different species adopts each month our by the due date they are needed. They will also coordinate with me to produce lineart. You can also help produce banners to advertise our site and create art to use around the site, such as backgrounds or to represent mascots. Mostly art related type things is what this position does, but I want someone who is experienced and knows what they're doing.

Line Artist
If you want to become a line artist, you will help me produce line art for our adopts. This means that we will work together on a sketch/main idea of the lines until we agree that it's good to use, then we line it and it's good to go. Our adopts will consist of 3 different stages or more. Since you will be helping to produce the lines, you must have a good sense of anatomy. You can also color in the linearts from time to time if you wish or monthly.
Accepting Only 2 or 3 Forms:

Color Artist
If you want to be a color artist for SE, what this position will do mainly is color in the lineart. You are also to provide ideas of what we can do to color the lines. Though, you must color in liters of the lineart monthly and have them completed by the due dates.

Guest Artist
This is a limited spot when openings come and go. A guest artist gets to color linearts within the agreed time they wish to, but soon then drops out of coloring them. It's an easy position since you just get to color and that's it.

Global Moderator
Run the forums is basically what this rank does. You will also help the admin assistants with what they may ask for help with. You also supply ideas for quests and adoptables.

Quest Writer
Quest Writers will write quests when they are needed and must have them done by certain deadlines. Quests that are written must be in good form, make sense, good use of grammar/punctuation, and be detailed.
