True, what the title says, look at my gallery for proof! I'm actually really proud of this guy, I think he's the best Oekaki I've done yet! Well, he's supposed to be the blue balloon doggie from August 2008, so, yeah! Crits, comments? LIKE IF YOU LIKE IT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
