Welcome to the Akaro region!
The Akaro region lies slightly away from the currently 'known' regions: Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova. The main Professor is a young woman called Professor Sky, who lives in Amber Town, where you live too. She gives you your first starter and a Pokedex, and soon you're off, traveling through the Akaro region!
But not all is well. Sure, the Akaro region's got the typical baddies - Team Darkness - except, perhaps they're not quite the typical baddies. They're worse. Their main purpose is to take over the region, and spread their power over the world. Along your journey, you'll have to fend them off and confront them.
So... good luck!
Rules:
1) Try to stay active.
2) Do not copy/steal any of the sprites, etc.
3) Everybody starts at Amber Town.
4) Try to post at least three sentences per post.
5) I will play Gym Leaders, Contest MCs, Champions and all other such characters.
6) You can have as many characters as you can handle.
7) You can ask for certain Pokemon but I don't always give them.
8) I play random encounters and wild Pokemon, although you can too.
9) Yes, you can have a character in Team Darkness, but no rangers please. You can be a breeder, coordinator or trainer. There are some exceptions.
10) You cannot have your own fake Pokemon - I make them.

Professor Sky's Lab.
Professor Sky studies the evolution and habitats of different Pokemon. At the beginning of your journey, she will allow you to pick a starter and will give you some items; three Pokeballs, a Pokedex and a Potion. She will ask you to phone her if/when one of your Pokemon evolve. If you meet a legendary/very rare Pokemon you should also phone her.
