Jazz walked up to Kat and grinned before throwing some meat into the air. He threw his head back and caught it, swallowing it whole.

Aysha sighed.
''I know; that's why...'' her voice trembled. ''Merr. I don't know how you'll react to this, but I was always told that truth may hurt, but it never leaves scars. Better than keep lying to myself.'' she shook her head and said aloud, not recognising her own voice. ''I don't know if I could live without you.''

What a stupid thing to say, she thought. They only knew each other for two days. Whatever.

''I must go...'' she muttered, running down the street, faster than wind. Phew.
She had done it. How stupid... How sincere.

Merr dropped down onto all fours and ran after her, catching up to her and jumping ahead. "Where do you think you're going?" He smiled and stood back up.

((Well, today had bad news. Had 87% in a Science test. The point is, that is VERY low to me. At least my parents seem to think so. I'm expecting to get murdered when I return from my granny's home ))

Aysha smiled back faintly and halted. ''Anywhere you can't see me blushing'', she wanted to answer, but she couldn't. Her tongue seemed to be tied.
