Trade rant thread

Hmm, this same person that I've repeatedly turned down trades with because I've told them that I don't like what they have to offer, and/or I'm just not interested in trading with them has sent me yet ANOTHER trade. Fine! I'll just ask for any pets that I see fit/want. LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS! 8D

I feel the need to rant…

Okay, so I have 2 simple rules that I expect people to follow when trading with me and around only 1 out of 10 trades I get in a week, has both rules been followed >...<"
It really bugs me because it's not like a huge list of rules that are complicated; they are simple and really easy to follow. I just don't understand why people ignore them!
Most of the time when I'm in a god mood, I don't mind if my 2nd rule of offering a pet on your side/the other persons side is ignored and I just edit with what I think is fair. It just really annoys me when I offer back and I get a message like "NO!" ~_~; It bugs me because I state that if you don't offer a pet on your side in a trade, it can't be helped if I ask in return for a pet that I had no idea you didn't want to trade...

Also... What is it with people asking to trade for pets that aren't in your trades group?! I clearly have a group that I'm more than willing to trade yet people still ask for pets not in my trads group, ignore all my rules and offer something completely unfair…
-sighs- I hate it even more when people expect that I want to trade pets that aren’t in my trades group for a bunch of 2ndGens and very commons. I leave my groups unlocked so people with fair offers can offer, not so everyone can ask for my rare pets, wanting me to take a bunch of commons for them >…<”

Yea, well I get a few people that think the rares that took me forever to get hold of are worth nothing to me and I'll trade them for their entire trades group that consists of commons and 2ndGens... :[

I lock some of my groups, such as my hoard groups like you and my favorites (Believe it or not but some people think I would trade my favorite pets, so after awhile I got sick of offers and locked it so people got the message).

I think it's fine not to have a trades group but if you don't, just lock groups that you won't trade pets out of so no one gets upset/offended and we end up with more ranting CS members

I've unlocked my dream pet group normally because some I'm willing to trade. But i put [NFT] for the ones I'm not.

Ok well I was looking for this months pink valentines bunny via my signature and someone offered there's ...
for my balloon bunny
1. Not in trades
2. So unfair
3. Also in my signature "Finally got my dream pet - the Balloon Bunny" so quite obvious I wasn't trading it
4. Message "I saw you wanted that pink bunny and I really like this one" (except with more spelling mistakes)
5. When I was about to edit the trade there pets were so disorganized I couldn't be bothered to look through them so I canceled saying it was unfair and I got the bunny from a friend

p.s. When I find a newbie who sends me a good fair trade I'm giving them a free pet

There is a user with around 3x the amount of Guinea pigs adoption limit {Off-forum account}, and the spare guinea's have all been given by 2 other accounts. All the accounts were made around Feb16-18, and would this be enough to report someone for cheating? o3o

If the other accounts are practically empty then I'd say go and report it.

DO IT! I reported someone who had over 500 advent trades given to them by people with matching accounts and nick gave me 129 of their pets for reporting a cheater ^3^
