Ash stopped dead. His body went rigid as he heard the sound. A female wolf at the sounds of it. He sniffed the air. From the Autumn Pack. He flicked his ears, and started towards the wolf slowly. He did like playing. He was careful to crack leaves and sticks; just to build the suspense. He smiled.

Kinnet heard the mysterious animal stop dead in its tracks. She was terrified. She then heard more snapping of sticks and leaves, it was coming towards them. "Uh..Um..Rouge? Did you hear that..Its coming towards us!" she whispered worriedly to him.She nuzzled her body close to his, hoping it wasn't awkward. She wasn't being flirt or anything, but she was so scared and needed some comfort.

Ash smiled, and closed in on the female wolf. He also smelled a male wolf. Double fun. He stopped and howled. A lonly, sad howl. He didn't mean to, but he filled it with all his rage, confusion, and sadness from his past.

Kinnet was much more relieved once she found out it was a wolf not some vicious animal such as a cougar or a leopard. She heard his howl and was much more at ease, it sounded quite sad and depressing. It let her know that he wasn't harmful, sadness showed that he was weaker, everyone is weaker when they are sad. "I'm Kinnet, who are you? Show yourself." she called out to the howl, she still couldn't see this wolf because his pelt blended with the dark night.

Ash growled low, angry by the female's arrogence. He stepped closer to her, but not showing himself. "Nice to meet you, Kinnet." he said, drawing out her name extra long.

Kinnet stepped back,as he stepped closer. She was confused n why he growled, she was only being friendly and somewhat trying to comfort him. She tried to shake it off. "Thank you, why don't you show yourself though?" she said in a calm soft voice, a bit of curiosity mingling in her mind.

Rogue looked in the direction of te wolf. Although Rogue couldn't see him he could tell were this wolf was. A low growl ruffled in his throat.

Ash sneered at the male's growl in the shadows. He took a few steps back. "No thanks," he sneered to the female wolf. Then something crushed his heart. This female sounded exactly like his mother... It brought back too many memories, and he stood where he was at, blinking slowly up through the branches, trying to get his feelings under control. Then he did, and he growled. Low and menacing. Trying to warn them off.

Kinnet turned her head swiftly towards Rouge. Ashlur didn't seem to be the type to mess with. Kinnet wanted t show him kindness, after all she knew he was sad over something, she heard it in his howl. "Shh! I wouldn't do that if I were you, he doesn't seem the type to pick a fight with.." she whispered softly where only Rouge could hear. She didn't want him to get hurt if this wolf decided to attack."Are you sure? I want to meet you..You seem..Nice." she said genuinely. She really wanted to comfort this wolf and be generous towards him, that was just her nature. To help others in need.

"I'm not a jellyfish Kinnet. I can fight." He replied.
He looked at her then back at the shadows. 'Shed be my crush... If we were in the same pack.' he thought.
