The little male moved closer to him mother while his siblings continued to sleep by her stomach.

Luke smiled, and laid his head down by Kit's.

Kitayla shifted slightly, but continued sleeping. One of the female pups woke up and started nursing.

Luke watched the pup for a minuet. He cleared his throat.

The female pup yipped at the sudden noise, making Kit wake up. "What is it honey?" she asked softly as she nuzzled the pup, knowing she wouldn't respond.

"Oh." Kitayla said simply. The female pup went back to nursing. One by one the others woke up and also started suckling. The little male woke up last and Kit put him to her stomach so he could drink. "They need names." Kit said after a moment.

Luke looked down at her. "Yes, they do need names" he agreed.

"Okay...um..this one's name can be Lily." Kit said nudging a white female pup with her nose.
