usually woke him up so she walked to his door and knocked when he didn't answer she opened the door and saw spade and megan"spade you should know better go talk to your father"she yelled angrily
she had never been this angry

Megan jumped and shot up at his mother's angry yell. Oh no, I've gotten him in trouble... She thought guiltily as she paled while he walked out the door and disappeared down the hall, leaving her alone with his mother.

Megan pulled her knees up and hugged them close to her chest. "We didn't do anything... I promise." She said, trying to lower the woman's anger. "I... I'd had a nightmare..." She mumbled, obviously feeling bad that Spade had gotten in trouble.

Megan laid next to Spade again, feeling a knot form in her stomach. "What happened?" She asked. His parents seemed pretty laid back, but because of the way she'd been treated by her own father, getting in trouble was like breaking the law to her.
