Gretchen looked up to Jack, "Do you know where the food is? I'm pretty hungry.." she said with a humorous grin.

After a few minutes of companionable silence, Cedar stood and offered his hand to Calla. "It's getting kind of late, so we should probably go. Are you comfortable with flying there?" The question was asked in a quiet voice, as Cedar didn't wish to disturb their peace, but the young man suddenly realised that he didn't know his crush's age and ended up asking, more out of a simple curiosity than anything. "How old are you, anyway? It won't change my opinion of you, but I want to know how creepy I am."

She flapped her wings in excitment even though Coulten couldn't see them trapped behind her back. He tone with her words was still normal for her, happy and bright, also the voice of a younger person. If you would call her phone and she would answer you would ask the sweet little girl to put Melody on the phone, and she would answer the words I am Melody.
