She bites her lower lip and nodded , her eyes suspiciously shiny before she blinked it away. "Yah all the time" Her tone was rough as she reached again for her scars and stops mid-motion

Nicholas took her hand, "Your not strange, weird or ugly with those scars, your still beautiful and people shouldn't judge whats on the outside, but on the inside, where your beautiful soul lies."

She jerked her gaze up in surprise, tightening her hold on his hand in a small squeeze as her eyes widened. "You really think that? That's...probably one of the nicest things someone has ever said to me. Females steer clear because I don't put up with drama and have many quirks and since my scars the males treat me like a leper rather than a leopard." She smiled at the bad joked and looked up at him intently.

Christopher shrugged, "I can take the kitten any day" he let out a howl.
