honestly, i'v never had this happen to me cuz i ride Western and so don't really jump unless there is a log lying around. but i do enjoy watching my English riding friends jump(and somtimes, fail).
i'm gonna make a pic like this for Western, too, but i needs some ideas.
i also might make this an editable for u guys^^

I think alot of us English riders have ridden a horse that likes to be a gentleman at the jumps ;] Great picture, love it!

HANDS UP WHO HAVE BEEN HERE!!! MEEE!!! 
Yeah, my first and only show jumping comp for the Army. Fell off that day loads, in warm up and nearly in the comp. Then I did fall off exactly as above, Should have adjusted my right stirrup! Since I kept falling out of it!!!
