I would say no, as the rules say "Don't name names" instead of something more specific. It's best not to ask for a name at all.
Though, of course, I didn't make the rules. You can ask Hekomi. ^u^

Being completely unfair to me, I edit it to something a bit more fair since I was in a trading mood and they had a bunch of pets I would have liked. The person is a COPPA'D, so I don't really know what they want, and we end up going back and forth, each time with them editing to something unfair to me.

Fianlly, they send me this

Tired of trying to negotiate with someone who A. Doesn't know their rarities B. Is just being a jerk at this point C. Is trying to scam me or D. Isn't willing to try and make a deal at all, I cancel v.v This is why I try to avoid posting threads on the trading forum.
