I recieved a note like this today from another guy who likes me and the fact that he couldnt wait just 5 more minutes of class to ask me made me laugh, he passed the note down along the entire row of stdents and looked over and smiled as I read it in my head.

They aren't being harsh. They're stating the fact that oekaki isn't for writing. There's a thread somewhere that says what you can and can't do on the oekaki. Soon enough, this will get locked by a mod.
