Daisyheart sounded like she didn't really like DuskFlock that much, but she kind of trapped staying there. "I'll think I'll stay, Mother. I couldn't bear to kill MapleFlock hatchlings or any hatchlings for that matter or even my best friend." Browntail sadly chirped, referring to the sight she and Winterbeak had seen of the MapleFlock hatchling being taken away. It was too bad that it was probably killed by that MapleFlock hawk. "Thanks for ah, coming to see anyways. But unfortanately, we'll always have different alliances. You have choosen DuskFlock, I have choosen Fire Flock."

"All right. I'll be leaving now." Daisyheart agreed. "Don't come close to the DuskFlock. Or they'll kill you!" She spread her wings and flew away. Her flight was wobbly but she stayed in the air. Soon she disappeared behind a thick cover of tree trunks, and the fledglings and Jumpwing couldn't see her anymore.
"Let's go..." Cloudtail chirped. "I'm glad you're staying, Browntail... I wish you were a bluebird, or that I was an eagle. We wouldn't be just friends then... But now we're kinda stuck with being just friends, eh?"

"Bye Mother." She whispered.
"Thank you, Jumpwing." Browntail chirped.
She smiled and looked down at Cloudtail (LOL). "Yeah, it's too bad." She sadly chirped. Unless they, like, adopted some loner's eggs or something like that and treated them as their kids, it would never work. Browntail was still a bit sad about that. If only, She thought. "So, what do you want to do?" She asked Cloudtail. She tried to be cheerful, but her thoughts were still on her mother. I'm like an orphan. She thought. Cloudtail was lucky, both of his parents lived in Fire Flock and not one of them were dead.

Frozentail didn't say a thing... He was deep in thought, thinking about what he should say to the beautiful bluebird that stood before him.
"I have no idea..." The light-feathered Bluebird sighed. Cloudtail was glad that Browntail had decided to stay... But he was sad that they could never be mates, because they were different species!
It wasn't like a FireFlock/DuskFlock 'forbidden love' but it was even more complicated, and even more impossible. They would never have children... Unless they adopted someone.

"Um... Hi... Guess what? I like you too, it's hard to see why nobody else does..." Laughed Frozentail awkwardly. His anti-social side was showing. He wasn't the best at interacting with others. "Because you're, uh, prettier than a flower, and you're one of those kinds of girls who are protective and willing to fight for the right thing..." He stuttered, pointing out good things about her that explained him liking her.
