Maybe they just prefer to keep their groups open.
I keep them open too, but I don't trade from all of them.

So I sent this trade and one of the rules said pets named NFT were not for trade, but then I look at their pets and the only group open says trading. So I look through and two of them say NFT but since they were in the trade group I thought they just never had the names changed, so I added them. They cancelled with no because two of them said NFT. Why would they be in the trade group then? Also they could've just taken them out

I edit to this.
But they edit back saying "trade groups only".
So I sent this back, thinking that they would accept, considering it's overpay.
They sent this trade back, with the message,

Anyway, I cancel telling them they should learn their rarities, and they send me this PM:
