"It's only in a dream!" Prussia said to him with a small frown, "It's not like we're doing it in real life...." he said. "Yet. I'm working on changing that~" He teased with a grin.

Germany watched America walk out before turning his attention back to Canada. "Well it's kind of hard to get past the thick layer of ego on him. If he wasn't so loud and wasn't calling himself 'hero' all the time, people would probably like him more." He said with a shrug. "Are you ready?" He asked, not wanting to start stiching him up without warning.

"NAA?!" Austria shot back. "W-what?! Why the h...." He shook his head and tried to recover. "What do I have to do to get you to stop thinking l-like that?"

Gilbert looked at him with a smile, "I'm not gunna stop thinking and dreaming about it till it happens between us." he said to the Austrian before picking up his glass. "And why must you freak out so much?" He said with a small pout.

"Prussia, I- i don't know..." He stared down.

Canada nodded "Yeah I'm ready... Thanks for the warning."He said with a nod as he shut his eyes as he got ready to feel the sting of the needle cut through his flesh.

Gilgert sighed a little, "Whatever, i'll just go back to Italy or Canada..." he said with a shrug before taking a sip of his drink. "Seeing as i'm never gunna get a chance with you."

Ludwig nodded and brought the needle down to his stomach. "After this you need to rest up, little to no moving around or the stitches might come undone or break." He warned as he started to stitch up the large wound.

Canada nodded "Alright."He said with a nod wincing slightly as he felt Germany start stiching but he did his best not to say anything as he kept his eyes closed and his mouth shut.
