Okay, well, its against the rules to copy it off cards and other peoples art.

I don't see how it's against the rules to copy it off of the cards but the Sugimori art isn't anyone's art on CS but it's the official Pokemon art.

Its still against the rules to copy that stuff without the owners permission.
