Also in other news, I may not have the staff test ready until tomorrow perhaps.
I decided to call it the ShadowEclipse Staff Examination Test or SESET for short.
So if you guys want, prepare for it.
Also for those who hadn't, send me a PM of what you'll do to contribute to SE or possibly be assigned to do something.

Well what exactly is the test about? How should we prepare?

The test is to see how you guys would handle an arrangement of many different situations and problems. I'll judge how well you would handle the issue and how well it would work in an interpretation of it actually happening. Basically it'll have questions and they're all free write answers. No multiple choice because I want to see your own choices. Within taking the test, we can determine what you need to improve on as being a mod and what your best at doing. It can also help assign staff to certain forums to mod, but most likely you're all aloud to mod each forum unless we have a change of plans. You can prepare for it by thinking what exactly may be on there as well as maybe take notes from what the CS staff do on the help forum.

I need these rules written up soon so i can sort the forums out, also the TOS and Privacy Policy(Theres a free thing you can use on the internet, look in google for Privacy Policy Generator) Then we can focus on art.
