Your a tribute in the 50th Annual Hunger Games, but it's not like the regular Hunger Games. It's...

...The Quarter Quell!

The Quarter Quell is bigger, better, and has even more surprises than the normal Hunger Games. There will be two tributes chosen from each district, male and female. This year is special though...the age limit has decreased, and now young kids may be chosen to fight to the death. The Capital has decided now, that because 50 is one half of 100, they may add crazy things that have to do with 50, or half... They may also let 2 tributes come out...

Rules

1. This RP is Semi-lit, so please, at LEAST 3 sentences. I'd prefer more though. Also, NO MINI SENTENCES-such as, Jimmy went to eat. - I want something like this - Jimmy yawned, and walked out of his room to go get something to eat.
2. Don't be rude to me, mods, or other fellow roleplayers
3. You may kill without someone's permission, but give them a chance to fight back. Also, don't whine if you die
4. You may not make up any creatures unless you have my permission, and when you do, make sure that the creature's para. is still semi-lit
5. No power playing or god-modding
6. 3 characters MAX

9. Don't make a character from the book

Her nose always crinkles in a cute way when she laughs or smiles. She also has pretty hazel eyes.

Personality: Grant is playful with everyone he knows. He often makes some crazy first impressions, and seems very flirtatious, which he isn't. Grant just loves to mess around and have a great time. It takes a lot to make him angry, and even more to have him show it. He's stubborn, hard-headed, but that's if he's angry or really doesn't want to do something. This will only be if he doesn't believe in it. OH! And, Grant's most noticed trait is his cockiness. He can't help it; it's in his blood, stance, smile, voice, everything! He doesn't try to control it, because its useless. Natural, even. Although Grant is cocky, always smiling, he is your shoulder to cry on. If you need help, he can be serious and give you advice or joke around to lighten up the mood.
Description or Pic (pic preffered, but extra description is reccomended): Grant has bronze-blonde hair and sea green eyes. He has a muscular build, but is rather skinny. The boy is broad-shouldered and stands tall. He's never caught in anything too fancy. Normally just jeans and a simple T-shirt
History (Atleast 2 sentences): Grant grew up by the ocean, and lived a joyus life until the age of five. That's when he started noticing how all the other kids had two parents, while he had one. The young boy confronted his mother about it, and that's when he was told. His father had died before he was born. Let alone, being a horrible death. His father was out fishing when someone's stupid idea to fire a trident out of a cannon went wrong. It shot diagnally, hitting his father straight in the chest. If that wasn't bad enough, he was knocked into the water. Nobody even tried to save him; they were in so much shock. So, his father's body sunk to the bottom of the ocean, never to be seen again. This had rattled the boy, but afterwards, he tried to overcome it by being the whacky boy he once was. He did so, and kept it that way since. Although, it still haunts him and forever will.
Skills: Grant is good with anything ocean-related. He's good with spearing things with a trident or spear, throwing tridents, sailing, and has strength on his side. Anything else would probably be minor and overlooked. For example, he speaks Spanish fluently.

Personality: I am only small, but I suppose it because I am still young.. I love my best freind Tanya but I had to leave her to come to the Hunger Games. I would be described as brave by other people but I can only hope that I will get braver. I have to be brave when I am around my momma because if I dont then she will slip back into her 'darkness' state. I have 2 other sisters, and 2 brothers. Demi is my older sister and the rest of my siblings are younger. I have to often do everything around the house because for some unknown reason when District 13 was blown to bits she became depressed... In district 11 there is no way of hunting the boundries are too big- but I can climb treee's very well and I can pick berry's and leave's. History (Atleast 2 sentences): My history is dark and damp. I have lived and someday I will die. I will die soon. Because right now I am at the Mercy of the Hunger Games. My momma does not keep me or my siblings safe she is a light. But right now her light is off, I dont think it will shine again. I awake every morning and climb the tree's hidden from the peacekeepers violent gazes. Sometimes when I cllimb a big tree I can just about see district 12 with my perfect eyesight. I see how their gate is collasping and hw I wish I could be free to fly with the mokingjay's.
[b]Skills: I am a great tree climber and can jump very long distances. I am small so I can move fast and be un-noticed. I am also very good with a bow and arrow I can knock the higher clumps of berrys down wih it.
