So ok if I make my place and bring it to life, I'm worried ill just imagine my faverite animal or just imagine an animal but it isn't self controlling, I have ADHD, can someone explain how I can focous?

Wait.. everyone's having trouble??? I'm guessing it's the Shadows, but not all of them are black with red eyes, I'm mean, Terran's black with amber eyes, and he attacks often. some were white, and golden, and molted, brown and stuff, they had different eyes too. If course, I've only seen about 4 or 5, so I don't know if that's a norm for the Shadows.
I haven't been to my SP in a few days, Ryuunan said I should take a little break I'll go back in a bit and ask what's going on. Anything anyone want me to ask her?

(@shadowdarkforest) Don't worry, I had the same problems! When you find the right place, it will just happen, but here's some tips to help you!
• Make sure your meditating in a quiet place.
• It's a lot easier to meditate when you're tired, but you should try not to fall asleep while you're meditating! It doesn't matter if you do, it's just better if you are awake to reflect on your meditation afterwards.
• Concentrate fully and completely on your safe place, not the animals within it. Once you are completely immersed in your safe place, then you can let your mind wander, but not too much.

I'm not really scared of Shadows anymore, Veery is completely epic at killing them or scaring them off (even if it is a bit gory...)! Shadows fear the shape-shifting golden dragon!

I'm not really scared of Shadows anymore, Veery is completely epic at killing them or scaring them off (even if it is a bit gory...)! Shadows fear the shape-shifting golden dragon!
