Lyra chuckled "Luckily we can be any age we want...So, who knows if we really are thirteen..." she winked, trying to turn the depressing subject.

"Then I'd probably make myself look in my twenties...Better looking guys and less creepy on my part." Lyra teased.

Jake laughed but it came out as half roar- half snort. He rolled his eyes at her and laid his head on his paws yawning.

Lyra smirked then glanced at hunter and stood up and walked over to him and felt his forehead and sighed softly. "He's gotta small fever..." she muttered and walked into the kitchen then back out with a damp rag and laid it on Hunter's forehead.

Lyra rolled her eyes "Oh yeah...Like that will help..." she huffed and sat on the stairs. "I donno how he'll react to that..."

Jake shrugged, Pain killers will knock him out and take the lain from his shoulder away. he looked away.

"He is knocked out....He's done this before...It's the bites and scratches i'm worried about..." Lyra glanced at Jake, hoping she wasn't puttin ghim on a guilt streak.
