Rhett grinned "Sure thing I love cats, but I am sure you know that by now" she said with a laugh. She glanced up at him, which made her feel extremely small. She had always been short, which she knew she got from her mother. And the rest of her matched. She could probably pass as year younger than her age.

Adam gave a laugh. "Ah, but whether you like rabbits or not's the dealbreaker," he joked, wondering how she'd take to little Einstein. From the way she treated Mooshi, he supposed that she'd want the bunny for her own -- but then again, he could be wrong. He noticed he glance up at him, quirky Pokemon hoodie and all, and he almost had to bite back a small laugh. She looked so young. Still seventeen or eighteen, which he assumed was her age, but very innocent and childlike. And so short, a stark contrast to his six-foot-two.

He'd gone a little too far with the tiny gesture. And even though he'd meant it as an innocent playful thing, he was beating himself up now. "Oh, sh*it. Went too far, went too far." He had standards, morals, even, about how he treated girls. One of them was that he just didn't flirt with girls when he barely knew them -- and he crossed the line.

Adam's eyes veered down, now, shuffling his curls so they covered the red on his cheeks. He noticed Rhett's were a little rosy, too, but he didn't let his mind wander as to why this time. "Well, wait til you see him. He was born with a defect on his one front paw, so when he hops he hobbles. It's.. adorable." He waited a couple seconds to finish the sentence, shooting a glance over at her as he said it. Too obvious, Fontaine. Stop it. --You're not even supposed to be hitting on her in the first place! he scolded himself. But then again, you've already blown it. And she is cute, so there's nothing wrong with it. ..Right?

Rhett sighed in relief then fell in step with him again. "How much longer then, your making me excited to met him" she said with a laugh as she pulled down her yellow hood, she knew her messy brown hair probably looked a little crazy but she ignored it. She glanced behind her for a moment, seeing some people holding hands and others just giving each other rude glares. Rhett had always been scared of people, or for as long as she could remember but she was also always curious like a little child.

"Just that next building up there, actually," he said, pointing at the red brick building that was about five stories tall. "And I'll warn you right now, Jude will never leave your side. She's a people person ..cat." He was surprised that they'd walked so many city blocks in what seemed like no more than a minute or so. I guess time flies when you're trying not to swoon. Opening the front door, he lead the way up the flights of stairs to the third level. "Elevator's down," he said, knowing she'd understand. The joys of apartment living were just awful, especially if you had to come home exhausted. Pulling the keys out of his pocket, he smoothly unlocked the door and was greeted by an excited 'mrrow!' from the expressive white she-cat. "Good to see you too," he laughed.

Most of the ally cats are dark colors" she said with a shrug attempting to keep herself from dropping to her knees and squeezing his cat. The dark eyed girl pushed up her sleeves revealing her 'End Lung Cancer' grey bracelet. She glanced down at it admiring it for a moment.
