I've noticed a lot recently that things that are farther away from me appear blurry and hard to read, even though I'd been able to read them fine before. I did some thinking and I remembered that whenever I get really tired, my vision gets messed up, and my dad said that it was relatively normal. So I went online. According to l'internet, lack of sleep over long periods of time can lead to myopia. (Nearsightedness) I never get enough sleep because of my insomnia and hypersensitive hearing.
