You walk through the secluded compound, your boots splashing in the puddles. Ahead of you, you see a glass building, with warm yellow light spilling from it into the night. You walk through the automatic doors, and you are greeted by a proffesional-looking woman with a clipboard. She guides you in the right direction and welcomes you to the X-Class program.

The X-Class Program
Here at the X-Class program, we welcome mutants from all over the world. We teach them how to control their power and use it for the good of all mutants. Here you will not be alone with your power, you will be surrounded by a family of staff and people like you, who all want to help and learn.
The X-Class Program was set up by the American Government as a way of controlling mutants for their use. But the mutants rebelled against the government, and now run it for themselves. The American Government now wants to destroy all mutants, by any means possible...

.:X-Class Rules:.
"Here at X-Class, we have some rules that have been put in measure for the safety of you and your peers. Break them, and I'll have you running laps round the track till you pass out!"
*Lights out a 10pm. No later. Punishment: 20 laps.
*No going into opposite gender's dorms unless you have permission. Punishment: 30 laps.
*Do not answer back to your teachers or the faculty. Punishment: 25 laps.
*Do not leave the compound unless it has been approved by a senior staff member. Punishment: 35 laps.
*Do not use your power to harm others, unless in a lesson and accompanied by a teacher. Punishment: 50 laps.
*No fighting with another student. If you have a problem, see a staff member. Punishment for fighting: 55 laps.
*Do not drink alcohol, use drugs, smoke or any other inappropriate action. Punishment: varies.
*Truancy is not allowed. Punishment: 15 laps.

**Repeat offenders get extra laps.**

The Running Track.

A single room. Only for those with dangerous powers. Leads off from living room, girls and boys corridors separate.

A double room. For all normal power students. Leads off from living room, girls and boys corridors separate.

The student living room. All students welcome here.

Here we have science lessons, and also staff make gadgets and uniforms.

Dress style for when not in uniform: Camo shorts/trousers, and a brightly coloured tee on top. Rarely wears a jumper. She wears varied shoes, high heels mainly.
Hair colour: Blonde, it changes colour.
Eye colour: Blue, they change colour.
Build (slim, petite, muscular...): Petite and slim normally, but she can change it to anything.
Body modifications (tattoos, scars...): She has her ears pierced. She wears earrings when not in uniform.

Personality (At least 3 lines): Oceane is very blunt, and to the point. She doesn't spare people's feelings, she just tells it like it is. Sometimes this can lead to trouble, especially with her sarcasm and irony mixed in. She is very opinionated, and will fight for what she believes is right, no matter the cost. She values wildlife and nature, and believes everything and everyone has a purpose and meaning. She is optimistic, a real light in the dark. But she can be very brittle, and sometimes shy. She is not one to sit on the sidelines though, and will speak her mind. Sometimes she says things without much thought about her words before, which again can lead into bad situations.

Overall, she is very cheeky, mischievous, and even a little harsh. But she will give her heart and soul to everything she loves, and is a very loyal and passionate friend. She has a bit of a die-hard attitude to life.
History (optional): Would rather not say. It involves some pretty bad stuff, and she will only tell those she trusts. Power is she can change her form to anything else human.
Phobias: Spiders, and soldiers. She will face her fears though.
Likes: Chocolate cake, ice-cream, and kind people. She loves to sing and dance - she has a very beautiful voice.
