Moony gaped at the phone before nodding absentmindedly. "Abbus Orphanage. And he has a gun."
I'm collecting the 2020 Easter bunnies designed by Anouki. They're based on a
Japanese pottery technique where items are repaired by glueing the pieces back
together with a (typically) gold lacquer. It's called "kintsugi" and the idea behind
this is that broken things can still be beautiful, a mantra that has helped me cope
with the latest years of my depression. I've been saving up for a tattoo, to be my
first one, which will also be fashioned after kintsugi. That's why this design holds
a lot of sentimental value for me and, consequently, why I'm setting up a hoard
for them: to remind myself that even though I'm still struggling now, I will get
better. Please help me with this hoard. Thanks for reading. ~Love from Moony

Axel nodded, "Right I'll see how bad the situation is then." With that he hung up and went straight to the orphanage though once he saw the police cars he figured he was too late for the basic rescue. He saw Sarge and groaned watching some police officers escort Riku out.

Moony didn't bother hanging up. She just sat down hard on the couch, her expression blank and her eyes gleaming only hope as the phone in her hand beeped the finished connection tone.

Moony leapt for the phone's 'Accept' button. "What, what, what!? Is he ok!?"

"Well he's not dead," Axel answered, "There's tooo many cops around and other issues for me to get him out, he just got put into the back of a car. He looked fairly good for a guy who just got arrested by Egras. Sorry not sure how much I can do, I certainly can get close to him down at a police station but I don't think I can get him out, not if Egras notices me."

"Please, Axel, please... Please try, for the sake of his friends; Wolfie and I would owe you so much... Riku's become a part of our family overnight and no one gets left behind in this plan."

"It depends on what you're willing to do to help dozens of children who have only just managed to taste freedom because of one man repay that man's kindness," she replied without hesitation.
