"I think," Bloodpaw answered, "But you gotta b willing to get wet!" He laughed, not wanting an answer. He dunked down, biting the fish. He squirmed water splashing a bit and he pulled up, the fish slapping him a few times before dying. He laughed a bit, "This one tried to slap me to death!"

Thornkit was shocked by the suddenl lunge and she gripped Bloodpaw's fur tightly in her paws when he came back up with the fish. At his comment she snorted. "Well he didn't finish the job, but one more stunt like that and I will!" She mewed her eyes narrowing before she smirked.

"If you were the one caching it you would be fish bait!" Bloodpaw teased, jumping out of the water, putting down the fish, "Wanna share it? No one has to know we ate it," He said with a small smile. Lying was his thing, ya know?

Thornkit rolled her eyes at Bloodpaw's antics but nodded anyways. She was hungry and breakfast had been cut short after all. She licked her paw before staring out at the water. "What do you think about being a warrior?" She asked suddenly, her eyes never leaving the water.

Bloodpaw blinked, "Okay, but Leader or Medicine Cat Apprentice would fit me better," He meowed, blinking at her question. He ate a bit of the fish, then laid his head on his paws. He was bored so talking to a kit would be an okay thing to do, well he thought.

Thornkit at a small piece of the fish before she gazed at Bloodpaw. "Why?" she asked. "I mean I can kinda see a leader, under all that fluff," She teased gently. Her brown fur was fluffed up and she turned to lick it back down.

Bloodpaw chuckled, "I'm fluffy, but strong. People underestimate me and say I have no muscle under all this fluff," He meowed, "But Medicine Cat... It seems to be funner and I seem to be in love with herbs," He meowed softly, licking her head, "But you wont understand. Your only just a kit after all," He teased softly, smiling at her with his big smile that he usually almost always had.

Thornkit batted his muzzle. "Only? Ha! One day I'll be the greatest deputy ever! And when I'm leader, every cat will respect me. i'll be a legend!" "Or die trying She finshed the statement in her mind, before smirking playfully at Bloodpaw. She gently grabbed his ear-tip and tugged.

Bloodpaw chuckled, "Well you are," He teased, batting her ear playfully. He smiled softly, "Wait and see, i'll be medicine cat soon!" He squeaked, purring softly.

Thornkit smiled softly and then rolled onto her back, her forepaws in the air. "Promises, promises." She mewed with a purr, before stretching and gently pressing the back of her forepaw onto Bloodpaw's nose. She looked up at the canopy of trees above them and wondered idly about the future. She hoped it wouldn't be at all like her past that alone was bad enough without being repeated again.
