Dawnclaw felt another stab of pain at his words. she spun around. "what would it matter to you? you dont even care enough about the one you used to love to even care for your kits!"

Tallfeather: He spun around too, "Oh, you want to play this game?" He pulled back his lips angrily. "How about this, I gave up the thing I most loved to do for you. I spent all my time with you. Then you get up and leave me here alone. I wallowed in pain for losing you! Thank StarClan Duskpaw came along or I might have completely lost it because of you!"

"im sorry for ruining your life. i should never had forced you to become a warrior apprentice. i shouldnt be carrying these kits that will always separate you from Duskpaw. i'll, i guess we'll just go." she stood and began to pad out of camp.

You cut a piece of your heart out to give it to the person love gave you, then they laugh in your face and crush that oh-so-gentle part of you. All love does is give you a throbbing empty spot in where your heart once was." He padded off into the forest wishing so baddly for the warmth of the only one that he seemed to understand anymore. Tallfeather pressed his head against the truck of a tree, curling back his lips to fight crying. He felt as if he was shattering, Duskpaw was his safety net now. She was one of the last things that kept him sane in his guilt.

Tallfeather: He jumped up, just realizing what Dawnclaw said. He turned and ran back. "Leave? But where will you go, you can't leave the Clan this close to giving birth!"

She looked away. "it wont matter. you are everything to me, and if i lost you, life wouldnt be worth living. id rather die than live another day without you." she sighed, her belly showing awkwardly.
