Alpha listened and watched with intent eyes. He gave a small smile that curved his muzzle, which was extremely unusual. "Thank you Murcury, I do try my best and that's all I can. I just can't help and worry about the future of my family. Of all of them." he moved towards the mouth of the den. "I couldn't bare losing one of them in battle....or out hunting. They are the only thing I have left." he said softly glancing around the pack grounds.

"Hm, sure." Gats told her as he sat up. He curled his tail around his back legs for warmth. "Mind sitting with me?" He asked.

Murcury watched Aspen as he looked around. "Aspen, I know. If I lost Insomnia or Smith, I dont know what I would do." She thought about what she just said. Aspen didnt know about Smith yet. "I cant imagine how you would feel if a loyal one, like Vivir was killed. Its hard, but please try to realize this: You might not be able to save everyone."
She knew she probably upset him with that last comment, but she had to say it.

She broth it over, planting herself next to him. "Here ya go!"

"Thank you." Gats wrapped his tail around her. "I dont mind taking things slowly. I think I need some time to know you again. I mean, I just knew you in the lab. The first time I saw you, I was in pain and couldnt focus anyway." He tried the food. "This is human food?"

She nodded. "Yes, that's best. I want to know you too." she grinned. "Yes, but it's not bad, I promise!"

"I just can't afford to think that way. I won't accept defeat. Defeat would be the loss of life.....and I'd gladly lose my life before I lost one of yours." he said, showing his true colors now. "that's why I'm so avid on training, wolves only going into the forest in groups...." he went on to explain. There was always a method behind his madness.

"It tastes so... artificial. Like, not real almost." He was talking about the chemicals. "Its like they experiment on their food, just like they did to us."

"thats true. I dont expect you to give up or accept defeat. Save as many as you can, Alpha." She was about to walk out...
"Oh, and I hope you dont mind a few more wolves." She smiled. "Youll be getting new family members." She was talking about her pups.

She laughed. "They do. Not as effectively, but still."

Vivir looked at Corall in disbeleif. "Uh, yeah. I do..." He looked confused. "Im Vivir, a hunter. Ill help you out." He wrapped up her wounds quickly but they worked. "Sorry, Im not a healer."

Corall looked at Vivir.
"Thank you Vivir, eaven though your not a healer you do know a lot more about bandages then me!"
She smiled and looked at her back. "It looks perfect, thanx again! I think I'll have a look around know,
but see ya!" She smiled and walked away from Insomnias den and Vivir to explore the camp.

He laughed kindly. "That cant be healthy." he shrugged, and finished his meat. "Im tired, Insomnia. Think its bed time?" He sprawled out over the den comfortably as if it were his own house.
