*Plot*

What do you do when someone is always watching you ? You live in Michigan, but that doesn't really matter. What does matter is that here, there are special people with Talents. These people often hide from the world. They hide because of a government controled group of agents who's only goal is to capture them. So either you're a talent who laughs in the face of danger and lives life to the fullest, because in your eyes, its only so long until they come for you. Or your the kind of person who stays alone and doesn't attract attention to him or herself. The choice is yours.

5) Please EDIT your form if your character developes a crush on someone or gets a bf/gf

Personality: Allie is a very non-violent girl that often keeps to herself, and isn't very social. She thinks it better not to make friends even though it makes her feel lonely alot, except when she's with her sister, which isn't very often. If she likes a guy she finds it extremely hard to talk and gets embarrassed easily. Despite being non-violent, she will go to extremes to help a friend.

History: Allie has had her powers since she was about five. She got really mad and things started flying around her room. She dad absolutely no control. She has much better control over it now, unless she has some kind of very extreme emotion. But for some reason her eyes change color, and she can't control it.

She is also very non-violent, but will go to extremes to help a friend. She finds it easier than allie to talk to a guy she likes, so they usually don't find out unless she tells them.

History: Savannah dicovered her power a little after allie did. She was in school, and suddenly 'voices' were swarming in her head. She started screaming for the voices to go away, and the teacher didn't know what to do. Finally they had to send her home, where she calmed down. She can control who's thoughts she hears now, but sometimes peoples thoughts are so lound, she can't block them out. She has the same...'defect' allie does. Her eyes change color for no reason and she can't control it.

Logan would be considered to be be one of the 'stoners' of the world. Though really he isn't into drugs or even alcohol, unless you count the occasional cigarette. He's artistic and always has his Ipod with him no matter where he's at. A loyal friend, that isn't afraid to take risks and stand up for others. A factor that in school has made him rather disliked, although despite all of that he keeps to his self not bothering to draw any more attention to his self. He rarely uses his powers, actually rather frightened of them to be perfectly honest. When Logan is under a lot of stress he will smoke. Logan also can't lie well, ways to tell he's lying include; He won't meet your gaze, gets fidgety and messes with things.

History:
He first discovered his powers when he was 10, living in Washington state. He got angry because his parents were fighting again as they always seemed to be doing anymore. So in his outrage his powers manifested and he burned their house down. His mother died in the fire and he and his father survived. They moved soon after that. His father doesn't know how the fire started still to this day.

With a touch he can send people into hallucinations. These hallucinations can cause harm or happiness, they cloud your senses of sight,smell,sound and even touch and taste. They last at most 30 minutes and at least 2 minutes. Large ones cause a bigger drain on his energy and doing this to more then one person also causes a large draw on his energy.

He's had his power for a total of 11 years. The first time he used them was against a teacher who was talking to him about disturbing the class. Soon after 'they' came. He fled not wanting to be used by the government. He hates the idea of others controlling him.
