Lightfeather curled up. She was frightened out of her wits.

Dawnfeather scolded Cloudfeather. "What were you thinking!"

"It was cool!" Cloudfeather tweeted, jumping up and down. "I love bugs! They're awesome, don't ya think?" He found the creepy crawlies to be very... Awesome, and even interesting.

Stormfeather was the youngest, but she was by no means the wimpiest. She wasn't really scared of anything. But she was mean, rude, and never really talked to the others, and hated helping.

Lightfeather was the second youngest and the wimpiest.

Cloudfeather walked over to the squished spider and picked it up. "Lightfeather! I have a nice present for you!" He cooed in Skyheart's voice, hopping towards her with the dead spider in his beak and laughing.

Dawnfeather shielded her. "I'm telling mom! Stop annoying her!"

"Aw! You guys are boring!" Cloudfeather sighed loudly and he threw the spider. Fortunately, it didn't land on Lightfeather's head.

Unfortunately, it landed on Stormfeather's head. She chased him, screeching and yelling and complaining about how immature he was.

Lightfeather curled up in between her mom and dad.

Dawnfeather chased after them both, trying to break it up.

Frozenfeather found this funny and chased after Dawnfeather. He could think of so many stereotypes for the four of them... Dawnfeather was the 'outgoing, protective' girl, Lightfeather was the 'shy' girl, Cloudfeather was the 'typical' guy, and Stormfeather was the 'grumpy old elder.'

Dawnfeather smiled and sped away. She and Lightfeather inherited their mother's speed.

Frozenfeather was tired now. He sat down in the middle of the nest and watched his friends race by. He had discovered his sister had a crush on Cloudfeather! Gross-gusting!
