Jason held his head high "OH SHUT UP!" He yelled, a smirk on his face. He was pushed ahead in front of the rope. Riley had looked like she had been crying. Should he save her and himself and make her happy? Or die and let her go on and eventually forget about him? He chose the former, hands down. But how would he do it? He silently plotted, but it was almost too late for an escape now, he was on the platform already. Too fast. He thought and thought, he thought until they strung the rope around his neck. This made him tense. He looked at Riley, desperate for an escape plan, desperate to save her from her misery with this jerk they called King.

Riley stood when they put the rope around his neck she took a deep breath "Let.Him.Go." She said each and every word clearly, Rawson looked at her trying to pull her down to her seat "She's still a bit brainwashed, she still thinks he's good, he's the one you made her deny our marragie, if it wernt for him, you'd have a perfectly normal queen, "I'm not brainwashed!" she said, now they were on an platform, she went to walk out to the stairs, to any normal person it looked like Rawson tried to grab her to bring her back, but someone with a good eye could tell, Rawson pushed Riley off the stairs, all eyes were on their fallen Queen.

"OH GIVE ME A BREAK RAWSON!." Jason said 'Rawson' very sarcastically and he looked down at Riley, unable to help her up. "Go. Go now and don't come back!" He told her, awaiting her reply. He glared at Rawson in the meantime.

Riley got up looked in Jason's direction she would not run "I am the Queen of this land, and as Queen my job is to protect it's people, she walked towards jason's direction, she looked at the executioner "Now you let this innocent man go.Now." The man nodded and worked on getting Jason out.

Jason was far from smiling. He glared at Rawson, and when he was completely free, he walked calmly up and socked Rawson right in the kisser, then the nose. He spat in his face "You deserve it you selfish snob." Jason finished with a kick in Rawson's thigh, then he walked away into the direction of his room, knowing he would be caught, and he wasn't innocent this time.

The guards were waiting for orders, but Riley just smirked "That, is no longer your king, I regret knowing him, and I regret ever letting him control you all." she nodded a farewell and walked off.

Jason smirked now. He wasn't being followed, that was good. He could ditch the kingdom, maybe live in another. He shrugged, then thought of Riley. He couldn't just leave her, could he? He sighed and changed his course to the stables. He walked it "Hey Strawberry." He sounded like a fool saying such the girly name, but he didn't care. He grabbed the hay and horse feed and filled the horse's tray, then filled the other with, fresh, crisp water from the royal well. He patted the horses neck as he watched her drink the water he had put out. He sighed.

Riley appeared behind him "Thank you." she said shyly "if it wernt for you I'd still be married to that..that..fool." she went up to him and gave him slight peck on the cheek

Jason nodded "Don't mention it." He blushed as she kissed her, but he didn't let her see. "Anything you need me to clean, your Majesty?" He asked slowly, looking at her as he did, his cheeks no longer burning in a blush.

"No Jason, you deserve a rest, once again I apologize, for nearly getting you killed and stuff." she said looking at him with a smile.
