i think how they see store pets it because it costs real money to get the pets so there worth more but idk on how they see it but that is how i see it because buying CS constently at lest for me bites my buget XD

I'm sure we all have preferences and mine is to keep all the pets open.

Yes; indeed, but he/she should not be complaining about it here. It's perfectly fine to leave the group unlocked.

Yeah, I get tired of people complaining about getting offers on NEFT pets but they refuse to lock their groups
The ones that do it to show off thier pets and nothing more annoy me to no end.(I don't mind if they do it just because they just don't like to lock them, or because they only take overpay offers)
