Hey! I found out what the shape-shifter was: my shadow guide! I say 'was' because he disappeared once I learned my lesson. Except, instead of being scary to get me to change, he was just extremely annoying but I guess it worked. Hooray for sanity!!! Sort of anyway...

Does anyone else feel tired or dizzy after they meditate? Depending on how long I talk with Aponi for, I either feel mildly tired or exhausted when I leave the Spirit World.

when i try to meditate, i can imagine it well but it makes me feel dizzy...
