Melissa smiled and grabbed a controller for herself. Then she stood up and walked over to Joel and sat next to him. "I'm gonna win."

Justin frowned bitterly, "You're barely 16! And you don't have to kill it! Someone else could always adopt it!"


Britney shrugged, "I'll come inside." She said, walking in.

Jason smiled. "Alright." He said, walking in next to her. He strolled over to where the cleats were and grabbed the pair that he wanted, paying for them.

He shrugged and still waited as the game loaded. "We'll see about that." When the character selection screen came up, he picked Luigi and waited for Holly to pick her character.

She followed him inside the store, looking around idly. The walls were stacked and lined with hundreds of boxes of shoes, but none of the type she really liked; there were mostly sporting shoes, like for basketball and soccer and stuff. She waited patiently and quietly as Jason paid for his new cleats, and she tucked a strand of black hair behind her ear.
