The Consulting Detective

If you can recognise this person, I shall give you a cookie.
You see, we had a kind of conversation...
Starthorn: Hello Sherlock!
Sherlock: What? Oh it's you again.
Starthorn: I've got something to show you!
Sherlock: Oh, yes? A murder case?
Starthorn: Actually... *points to drawing*
Sherlock: *dies*
It's that bad. Was pretty pleased with this. I kept saving it, and then my laptop died and it was gone :O
So I had to do it again. And failed.
Anyways...
Done on Laptop touch pad thingy, no references (I'd just watched an episode), and timer correct.
Comments, crits much appreciated!
