Tips-

Use layers. You see how in that little box where it says ' Layer 1'? Well, press that little plus button under it and boom, you can draw over the layer two with layer one.

Also, don't use paint. (; It just ruins the effect. But nice job,

She's cute, but I have some advice-

Instead of using paint fill, just color it, because the white is generally something that doesn't look good with the awesome drawing.
Maybe do some fur ruffles on the cheek and making the head a little smaller.
